Johari Window
The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.

Cooool. I have used the Johari window before in teaching
Good tool and great that there is a dynamic site to calculate percentages. I wrote an article with Dr. Denen using the Johari window as a window into the Emergent conversation a few months ago…you may find it interesting or useful:

“Witty” thing is definitely a good trait
I submitted a comment a couple of times and is not showing up. Please…I want to be in the “Arena” not the “Unknown!”
Virgil–For some reason your other comment needed to be “moderated” –don’t know why.
I’m going to read your article right now!
