This post brought up alot of pain for me…but it was good that that happened. I was diagnosed as an epileptic when I was 13 years old. My family treated the news like I had become disabled all of a sudden…as a child, that really hurt me…. So I’ve dealt with my epilepsy for over twenty years kind of in the closet..reluctant to talk about it because i hate the reaction I get from others when I do mention it..But I Do live a perfectly normal life and I encourage educating yourself regarding the condition..
